I sat for a while trying to come up with a witty title for this entry, and finally decided…why? I’ll just call it exactly what it is, and what it is is fresh, fun, and a welcome addition to the beautiful town of Waterford. Read the rest of this entry »

So I was sitting here thinking “I really need to write up a blog entry…what should I write about?”.  A renovation idea? Naw. Politics? No, I’ve already stirred up enough there. Some upcoming event in the area? Maybe, but I want to write up something people will find interesting. Then I came across an article, and it hit me. The Most Expensive House Ever Sold. I get emails from the Royal Canadian Mint all the time, Amy and I have a small, but personal coin collection, and I enjoy looking at all the kinds of coins that the mint creates. Buying a home is already a very stressful and sometimes overwhelming process, but now you have to do it in a rushed manner with the odds stacked against you. So what do you do? Let me give you some personal insight here and some tips and strategies. I’m not going to tell you I can make it easy, but just maybe I can help to make it less frustrating and stressful. It’s a fact. Winning just makes you feel better. And it doesn’t even matter what you win, just the simple fact that you’ve won something increases dopamine levels in your brain (take note  Read the rest of this entry »

Of course you’re going to call me when it’s time to sell your home, right?  And when I get there, I’ll be going over these things anyways.  However, it never hurts to be prepared and it’s not hard to get a jump on things.  When we sell your home, we’re looking to maximize the value, and minimize the time spent on the market.  Knowing this, it only makes sense to follow these steps.  Let’s get started!
